- Clients can register for travel arrangements through the agency’s website, by phone, email, or in-person visit to the agency.
- Reservation of a travel package is considered confirmed upon payment of a deposit or full amount according to the payment terms.
- Payment
- Clients are required to pay the agreed amount according to the payment terms specified in the travel program.
- The agency reserves the right to change travel package prices in case of currency exchange rate fluctuations or changes in prices by carriers, hotels, and similar providers.
- Cancellation and Changes to Travel Arrangements
- Clients may cancel or modify travel arrangements according to the cancellation and change terms specified in the general terms and conditions.
- The agency may impose fees for cancellation or changes to travel arrangements as accepted by the client upon reservation confirmation.
- Agency’s Liability
- The agency undertakes to provide services as described and outlined in the travel program and is responsible for the proper organization of the trip.
- The agency is not liable for any changes to schedules or deficiencies in services provided by third parties, such as carriers or accommodation facilities.
- Client’s Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for the proper use of travel services and adherence to behavior rules at the destination.
- Clients are required to comply with the regulations of the country visited and follow instructions provided by guides or agency representatives.
- Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes between the agency and clients shall be resolved amicably, and in case of disagreement, the laws of the country where the agency is headquartered shall apply.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
- The agency reserves the right to modify the general terms and conditions with prior notice to clients through the website or other communication channels.
