In this unique story, you’ll discover the Kaštela region near Split, renowned for being the place from
where the famous Zinfandel grape, locally known as Kaštelanski Crljenak, sailed into the world. You
might have guessed, it’s related to wine. In the pleasant ambiance of a local tavern or restaurant, we’ve prepared a tasting of Kaštelan Babic wine for you. But before that, you’ll have the chance to explore the turbulent history of the city of Kaštela.
During this tour, you’ll visit the Museum of the City of Kaštela, located in the unique setting of Vitturi
Castle. The story will be narrated by a costumed heritage interpreter embodying the character of Dobrila Vitturi.
